Nok Noi Home

Sawasdee Kha and welcome to Nok Noi home, our home from home in Chiang Mai.

Our comfortable, airy apartment is available to rent short to mid term and is equipped for this purpose. It’s a spacious 56m2 with one bedroom, a living room, kitchenette, seated balcony and hot water bathroom with a bath & shower.

Two new air conditioning units keep it cool in the hot season. The kitchenette is well equipped with two burners, pots and pans, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and hotel style crockery. There is a comfortable desk to work at and a wifi connection in the apartment, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a TV in the bedroom. The balcony has a pleasant outlook towards Chiang Mai city.

The king size bed comes with clean bedding and there are hotel style towels and a large wardrobe. There is a small safe for your peace of mind.

The building (Sky Breeze Condo) is right next to the University. The large swimming pool overlooks Doi Suthep national park. There is 24-hour security, a secure entry system and a covered car park for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. There’s an economic laundry service within the building.

It’s situated on a quiet lane where you can find cheap, fresh and tasty food, convenience stores and coffee shops. It’s a short walk to the end of the lane where you can take the local shared taxi service (Songthaews) to most places in the city. A 15-minute walk takes you to the fashionable Nimenhamen road area where there is a variety of Thai and international food, boutiques, galleries, bars and coffee shops. A 5-minute walk takes you to Huay Kaew road where there are even more frequent Songthaews, more places to eat and a small evening market.

It’s a 10 minute drive from the centre of Chiang Mai and from the airport. The nearby canal road is part of the ring road system and gives easy access out of town in any direction. The surrounding countryside is beautiful.
